We’re excited to share our latest video recap from our recent stakeholder engagement event on self-powered sensors hosted in Barcelona at Aigues de Barcelona in October this year. Sensor manufacturers and suppliers from across Europe came together to explore how energy-harvesting technologies could revolutionise sensor applications by understanding the potential energy requirements.
The discussion covered key challenges with battery-powered sensors and explored promising alternatives that harvest energy from vibrations, fluid flow. Participants included Energieinstitut, MeasureIT, HBK Ibérica, KELLER Pressure, figawa e.V., and Edison shared insights on applications, integration challenges, and hybrid solutions.
